All intellectual property rights in the Thyab platform, including software, design, logos, and content, belong to Thyab LLC. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your business purposes. You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thyab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting our support team. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you will have a reasonable period to export your data. After that period, we may delete your data from our systems.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
